Aubusson - weaving tapistries for nearly six centuries!

 Breathtaking tapestries, both old and new, are on display at the UESCO world heritage site in Aubusson where those giant tapisseries you see in museums were created. The picturesque city takes you back to the middle ages with its bridge, and buildings built along the river. The artistry is simply astounding as well as the weaving process. Did I mention the gift shop?????















Sidewalk cafe restaurants never never disappoint. Neither do the flower shops and landscape.
